Information we collect
- Quote requests: name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, dates, equipment, weight, commodity, special requirements and notes you enter.
- Carrier applications and owner-operator interest: company and contact details, MC and USDOT numbers, equipment, lanes and regions, insurance details, experience and CDL information you provide, and any optional documents you upload (such as an insurance certificate or W-9).
- Load-alert sign-ups: email, optional name and company, your chosen regions/states and equipment, and a record of your consent (date, time and where you signed up).
- Contact messages you send us.
Our forms do not store your IP address with your submission. Our server may briefly use your IP address in memory to limit abusive submission rates; it is not written to our submission records.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and arrange freight.
- To evaluate and onboard carriers and owner-operators.
- To send load-alert emails only if you opted in.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and prevent spam.
Load-alert emails and consent
Load alerts are opt-in. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked, and we keep the date and time you consented. Every alert includes our business contact information and a working unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe any time on our unsubscribe page using your email address. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and do not email unsubscribed addresses.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share quote and shipment details with carriers, drivers and partners only as needed to arrange and complete a move, and with service providers who help us run this site or our business. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser’s standard request information.
Retention and security
We keep submissions for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
