FAQ

Carrier questions

How do payments work?

Ask us about our payment terms — we’ll walk you through how and when you get paid during onboarding, before you haul your first load.

Do I need my own authority?

For the carrier network, yes: an active MC and USDOT number. If you’re an owner-operator without authority, use the lease-on / owner-operator form and tell us about your situation.

Can I choose my lanes?

Yes. Tell us the regions or states you like and the equipment you run, and we’ll aim loads your way accordingly.

How do load alerts work?

Opt in with your regions and equipment, and we’ll email you when matching freight is available. It’s optional, the consent box starts unchecked, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Are documents required in the form?

No. Attaching insurance or W-9 documents is optional — we’ll collect anything missing during onboarding.
